Remove pre-processor rules for loading WASM, arcade, and demo configs in favor of using the upstream JSON search path functionality. Add rules for preloading build-specific WASM config from src/ into config/ so that the config is loaded automatically when the build launches. Remove separate compilation of arcade and demo builds in favor of rolling them into the regular Windows build since the config override path no longer needs to be compiled in.
