Play the title screen animation from the beginning every time the title
loads. Track the user input zoom level separately from the animation
effect zoom level.
Don't apply zoom to UI elements anymore. This matches with how the
rotation effect has been applied.
Add backing drum loop to title and menu music.
Darken UI buttons and add alpha.
