Pull data for leaderboard peers at the beginning of each level.

Update peer board every loop to check for data. Store Peer objects
containing emoji and name sprites and draw them along line.

Add new table to test database for testing leaderboard peer retrieval
and display.

Calculate the milestone distance for the start of each level and store
in a dictionary.
